Loyalty Software

We provided business development and strategy support to a patented loyalty software business. We landed the company's biggest contract, with a major UK retailer.

We generated sales on behalf of a cloud based loyalty platform that was aiming at mid market retail clients in the UK.

We created a UK market entry programme for a North American loyalty solutions business and created test markets in convenience, pharmacy and specialty retail channels

We redesigned the loyalty and CRM tech stack for a global fashion retailer resulting in £ millions in savings and a more modern and responsive, multi geography, customer centric platform as part of a major digital transformation project.

Retail Media

We helped a leading adtech solution to reposition its offering following market share loss. This followed in depth interviews with current and previous retail clients.

We made introductions to various major retailers and converted a global luxury retail department store.

We supported the evaluation and appointment of post checkout technology with a leading UK supermarket chain.

We supported the development of technology led propositions for audience based instore digital signage, clean rooms, retail media workflow, onsite adtech, offsite adtech and measurement solutions on behalf of a major European retailer.

Customer Data Platforms

We provided business development, strategy and advisory support to an innovative Israeli based CDP software platform. We were awarded an equity stake and landed a contract with a global retailer that tested the solution in one European market and subsequently expanded to 16 markets.

We introduced a low cost CDP platform to a leading MENA retailer who used it for an exploratory project to analyse customer loyalty data

We were appointed to the advisory board of a European based loyalty SaaS product and helped with introductions to UK retailers and loyalty operators.

Data Monetization

We led a multi £ million data monetization project for a major European retailer.

This covered market, category, availability, promotional, planogram, ecom and customer data solutions.

Data & Analytics

We generated various analytical projects on behalf of a UK based AI data analytics start up that was spun out from a major UK university. The projects used big data sets from major retailers and global consumer brands and used a variety of innovative mathematical methods. We also provided board advisory and strategy support.
